近隣には市役所や高槻城公園、芸術文化劇場などの文化施設もあり、都市型の施設で、全室個室・ユニットケアの特別養護老人ホームです。

特養施設について
特別養護老人ホーム
介護老人福祉施設は、６５歳以上の方であって、身体または精神上著しい障がいがあるため、常時介護が必要とする方であり、居宅において適切な介護を受けることが困難な方に入所していただく施設です。 施設へのご入所は、ご本人又はご家族との契約に基づいてご利用して頂きます。 （※介護認定を受けられ、要介護３以上の方）
当施設は、新型特養といわれるもので、全室個室で、１０人の方が１ユニットとして共同生活を行います。
短期入所生活介護(ショートステイ)
要支援・要介護の介護認定を受けておられる方が、主介護者の介護負担軽減・冠婚葬祭などのため 一時的に利用して頂くサービスです。
出丸苑では、６階の北ユニット（１ユニット１０名）のうち、定員５名となっています。
お部屋は、個室でテレビ・トイレ・洗面台・個別空調を完備。 ゆっくりとご自身のペースでお過ごし頂けます。
現在は、５部屋のうち３部屋に、ウォシュレットを設置（別途１５０円／日額）しており、利用者様から大変ご好評をいただいています。
ご利用は、ご利用希望月の２ヵ月前の１日から予約受付開始です。
以降は、お部屋に空きがあれば、随時ご予約をお受けしています。
ショートステイのご利用については、担当のケアマネさんへご相談ください。
